My name is Fredericka Taylor but most people just call me Freddie or Frady. I grew up in New York State on Long Island.
I became an Ulster County homeowner in 1984 and a full-time resident of Ulster County in 1998. Like other residents I started out as a weekender. I always dreamed of living in the Catskill Mountains full time. Now I am living my dream in the magnificent Catskill Mountains in the Hudson Valley every day. I had a wholesale business in New York city before moving up here full-time. It taught me excellent negotiating skills which I use every day in real estate negotiations. I am a good negotiator. I cover the Counties of Sullivan, Ulster, Greene, Dutchess, Columbia, Orange and can do Delaware, Schoharie and beyond. I work in all price ranges. I am an expert at finding properties that offer privacy and peace of mind for adults and children, year-round hotels or cabins for summer occupancy in varying price ranges. I am willing to work in all Townships and Counties all over New York State. I have sold as far away as Binghamton where I sold a dairy plant years ago.
